‘Omba umo ombela, amenso ya bantu tayalya’
My name is Lombe. I work on issues of inequality and development in Zambia. I am interested in understanding the inequalities within sport and in sport as a means of addressing inequalities in society. Over the last ten years, sport has been the space for my livelihood, activism, and scholarship. In 2015, I moved to the UK to undertake doctoral studies at the University of Chichester. My research aims to understand the experiences of women sport leaders within policy structures in Southern Africa. I also say things on Twitter @LombeM sometimes.
